Annie Holbrook
Web Manager

Annie Holbrook is the Web Manager for the Government Technology Research Alliance where she manages GTRA's various websites, e-blasts and newsletters, databases, and distribution lists. Previously she was GTRA's Event Manager and coordinated logistics for GTRA functions both small and large.  In addition, Annie developed GTRA’s current Members Portal, implemented a new project management workflow, and introduced cutting-edge technologies that helped grow GTRA’s web presence.  

Prior to joining GTRA, Annie spent eight years in the medical industry.  She entered the field as a nursing assistant but was able to quickly move into more administrative roles due to her organizational and leadership skills.  She was a medical office manager for nearly five years before co-founding a temporary medical staffing agency, where she was responsible for all administrative and financial duties.

Annie studied English at University of Utah on a Presidential Scholarship.  She currently lives in Santa Cruz, CA and enjoys cooking, photography, and travel.
