GTRA has chartered a bus that will transport Council Meeting attendees from Washington, DC to the Bedford Springs Resort, PA. The Green Bus is $50 round-trip and will pick up on Sunday, December 6th and return on Tuesday, December 8th. Lodging: Your hotel reservation is made for you in our discounted room block using the arrival and departure dates entered during the registration process. Please email annieh@gtra.org for confirmation of your check-in and check-out dates or to make a change to your reservation.
Event Attire: Casino night is casual cocktail, all other functions are business casual.
Guest Passes: A spouse or guest is welcome to join you on Sunday and Monday evening functions. You may purchase a guest pass in the merchandise section of your registration. Children are welcome to stay with you at the hotel but please make other arrangements for them, as they are not allowed to attend any conference sessions, meals, or event functions.
Early Arrival/Late Departure: You are welcome to arrive early or extend your stay; however, extra night accommodations are subject to standard hotel rates and billed to you directly upon checkout.
