Federal Procurement Executive Anthony Martoccia Joins Citizant
Citizant, one of the Washington region’s leading providers of government professional technical solutions, today announced that Anthony (Tony) Martoccia has joined the company. Martoccia brings more than 30 years of federal procurement management experience to the position of Vice President of Contracts. In this position, Martoccia leads the team responsible for Citizant’s contractual and procurement functions. He reports to Ralph Alexander, the company’s chief financial officer.
