Hannah brings more than 25 years of management experience to Citizant, including a decade of leadership at Northrop Grumman on programs for the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security (DOJ and DHS), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He has led development of more than 50 proposal and capture efforts, ranging from $300,000 to more than $3 billion.
