- John Sullivan is new with the General Services Administration Office of Governmentwide policy serving as the architect for federal Financial Management. For the past year John was part of the OMB Office of E-Government and Information Technology's Federal Enterprise Architecture Team establishing segment architecture policy and requirements. John served since 2001 as the Chief Architect for the Environmental Protection Agency creating the first enterprise architecture for the EPA, and during the 1990's John was instrumental in establishing the Environmental Information Exchange Network with state and local environmental agencies. John serves as cochair of the CIO Council's Architecture and Infrastructure Committee's Governance Subcommittee, advises the Federal Health Architecture, is a Board member of the Government Information Technology Executive Council, and John has been an ACT/IAC Fellow since 2003.
