Hotel Reservations Are Made Through Your GTRA Registration!

Your hotel reservation is made for you when you register with GTRA! Our group has a discounted rate and reserved room block directly with the hotel. GTRA Council Meeting attendees will earn the following CEUs:

Event Attire:

Sunday evening is cocktail casual. Monday Cowboy Outlaw Casino Night is a themed event so you can wear your county-style clothes or just dress casual! All other functions are business casual.

Guest Passes:

A spouse is welcome to join you on Sunday and Monday evening functions. You may purchase a guest pass in the merchandise section of your registration. Children are welcome to stay with you at the hotel but please make other arrangements for them, as they are not allowed to attend any conference sessions, meals, or event functions. *Business associates do not qualify for the guest pass and must pay the attendance pass (contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Early Arrival/Late Departure:

You are welcome to arrive early or extend your stay; however, extra night accommodations are subject to standard hotel rates and billed to you directly upon checkout.
