Established in 1997, Phase One Consulting Group is a small business with active IT strategy, planning, and delivery engagements within 18 Federal Agencies. Phase One is known for having strong, trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, Chief Architects, and other IT related clients. Across the Federal-sector, Phase One has highly talented consultants, architects, communications experts, designers, developers, and business specialists who collectively are meeting some of the Federal sector's most pressing and interesting challenges. Phase One personnel are working on issues such as homelessness at VA, OCIO reorganization at HUD, infrastructure planning and cyber security at Transportation, mobile architecture at USAID, and enterprise architecture at OMB, to name a few. Phase One was active in the development of the Federal Segment Architecture Methodology (FSAM) as well as co-leading the development of its successor, the Collaborative Planning Methodology (CPM). Phase One provided $30M in services to Federal Agencies in 2011 with over 130 employees in Washington, D.C., Florida, Pennsylvania, and Arizona.
