Stonesoft Firewall/VPN Awarded Common Criteria EAL4+ Certification

Stonesoft today announced that its firewall/VPN product family has received the Common Criteria Evaluation Assurance Level 4+ (EAL4+) certification, an international security standard for IT security products. The EAL4+ is the highest security standard for commercial products and indicates that the products are rigorously engineered to a high degree of quality.

Stonesoft 'Recommended' in NSS Labs' Next Generation Firewall Group Test

Stonesoft, an innovative provider of software based network security and business continuity solutions, today announced it has earned the 'Recommend' rating for the Stonesoft FW-1301 in NSS Labs’ Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) Group Test.
